Trane Technologies is seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager - Vertical Markets, Industrial, to lead growth strategies for the IPHC space. You will connect product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive market penetration and customer engagement while acting as the voice of the customer for industrial verticals.

The role emphasizes market strategy and intelligence over direct sales, with up to 30% travel and onsite duties from Davidson, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC or IPHC system design, planning, procurement, sales and/or maintenance.
• Industrial experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute growth strategies for the industrial vertical market.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics (MOR, LRP, AOP).
• Use data analytics to identify market trends and translate insights into growth plans.
• Monitor the industrial sector to identify trends, regulatory shifts and competition.
• Identify new opportunities for market penetration and integrated IPHC solutions.
