Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC or IPHC system design, planning, procurement, sales and/or maintenance.
• Industrial experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning, Analytics & Financial Tracking: Develop growth strategies for industrial IPHC segments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, marketing, sales leadership, and engineering teams.
• Customer Engagement & Value Creation: Engage stakeholders to understand challenges and long-term goals.
• Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range: $123,721.66 - $173,004.99.
