Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Finance Leader for Residential ISC based at the North American Headquarters in Davidson, NC. The role drives financial processes across ISC locations and collaborates with leadership to ensure proactive compliance.

You will manage cost of goods sold for the Residential unit, lead forecasting and budgeting, and guide capital deployment while maintaining strong internal controls and GAAP adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 15+ years of accounting/finance experience with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• 25-35% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost of goods sold for Residential Business Unit, including material, labor, inventory, and costs.
• Lead and support Residential ISC plant and distribution growth & optimization initiatives.
• Perform management reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and year-end results.
• Assist with Long Range Planning, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Oversee working capital management including inventory and capital deployment.
• Promote lean process improvements across plants and distribution sites.
• Review operating results and influence outcomes.
• Lead monthly forecasts and assess risks and opportunities.
