Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years in technology management within the industrial sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial carrier technologies, including automation, IoT, and data analytics.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Data-driven decision making with strong communication skills.
• Experience with budget planning and regulatory standards.
