Job summary

Young Judaea Global seeks a strategic, relationship-oriented Senior Manager, Individual Giving to lead the organization’s annual donor program and strengthen its donor pipeline. Reporting to the CEO, this role will own annual giving strategy, manage donors, and support the CEO’s major donor portfolio.

The Senior Manager will supervise the Alumni Engagement Associate and coordinate across development, finance, and program staff to keep fundraising data-informed and aligned with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in annual giving campaigns and donor engagement.
• Strong donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, retention, and moves management.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, board members, volunteers, and cross-department teams.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual individual giving strategy, calendar, and revenue plan with the CEO.
• Lead campaigns across direct mail, email, digital channels with Marketing support.
• Manage a portfolio of annual and mid-level donors, including moves management and upgrades.
• Support CEO’s major donor portfolio with research, briefing materials, and timely follow-up.
• Prepare donor briefings and stewardship materials for CEO and manage cultivation opportunities.
