Job summary

City Year Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Manager, Individual Giving to lead donor development, engagement, and stewardship strategies. You will manage a portfolio of individual donors and family foundations, while guiding the Associate Board and advancing mid-level giving programs.

The role reports to the Individual Giving Director and has a start window in Oct/Nov 2026. It is a hybrid role located in the City Year Philadelphia office with occasional travel in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in relationship cultivation, partner engagement, and/or fundraising, with proven ability to deliver strong, measurable results.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 additional years of experience.
• Authorized documentation to work in the United States of America.
• Criminal background history clearance check, in alignment with City Year Inc. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Donor Management: Raise $190,000+ through the Individual Giving portfolio in support of FY27 private revenue goal of $3,000,000.
• Associate Board Leadership: Lead efforts of the Associate Board and provide leadership around meetings, campaigns, events, and activities.
• Donor Cultivation & Stewardship Activities: Execute annual stewardship and engagement plans for individual donor segments.
• Prospect Generation: Analyze CYP’s current portfolio and identify opportunities for upsells and new donor entry points.
