TJX Companies in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Manager of Flow & Special Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across inbound capabilities, ensuring merchandise moves efficiently through the TJX supply chain. You will own network flow execution, governance, and planning to support growth and automation.

Lead the development of the Inbound Command Center and integrated planning, collaborate across functions, and coach a high-performing team to meet evolving business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in logistics or supply chain ops with 3–5+ years of people leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end inbound network flow execution and visibility.
• Lead processes to identify, communicate, and mitigate flow constraints and disruptions.
• Drive scalable flow capabilities and continuous improvement with clear standards.
• Lead ICC development, integration, and long-range inbound planning.
• Establish governance for cross-functional alignment and effective execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates in Flow and Special Services.
