You will train Associates, ensure proper tagging and coding, uphold standards, promote credit and loyalty programs, support safety and compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience and six months in leadership or coaching roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment while meeting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise flow from receiving to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain merchandising standards and backroom organization.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink-reduction goals.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with store policies.
