Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, or planning, including 3-5+ years of people leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
