Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager for HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) to lead high-quality HEOR strategies supporting global access to Oncology therapies. You will manage health economics studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to demonstrate value for patients and payers.

This role focuses on developing real-world evidence, updating value dossiers, and coordinating with country teams to ensure timely, robust evidence for decision-makers. Hybrid work and global travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in HEOR-related field or public health.
• 2+ years with MSc/MPH/MBA; 1+ year with PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR.
• Strong understanding of HEOR concepts and related methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HV&E strategy for global access and reimbursement.
• Manage HEOR studies, including non-interventional studies and registries.
• Lead updates of global value dossiers and economic models.
• Develop real-world evidence generation strategies for brand differentiation.
• Coordinate input from local Access & Value teams for evidence needs.
• Develop data dissemination plans and present evidence via publications.
