Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s).

The Program Manager will supervise staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability, ensuring quality support services and housing resources for clients. You will guide staff through program processes, build a cohesive team, and coordinate with internal teams and community partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health required.
• Experience with specialty populations (SUD/SMI/children/adolescents) preferred.
• At least six months recovery from substance use or mental health disorders preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• BHT certification obtained within 90 days of hire preferred.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of the assigned site/program(s).
• Supervise staff providing housing support and resources to members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability.
• Ensure quality support services and housing resources and guide staff in program processes and services.
• Build and lead a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders.
• Track client paperwork and referrals through reporting and submit reports/deliverables to leadership.
