Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Director of Shelter Services to provide leadership over statewide shelter programs in Arizona.

You will guide management staff, ensure grant compliance, and coordinate with the Senior Director of Housing and Community Integration to develop shelter operations and grant reporting. The role requires collaboration with PCMHs, crisis facilities, and external stakeholders, plus oversight of grant-funded activities, time and invoicing processes, and program

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in leadership over programs and grant management.
• Experience with large-scale initiatives and change management.
• Experience directing new systems and processes to improve operations.
• Grant administration experience preferred.
• AZ driver''s license and clean 39-month MVR.
• CBI policies familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee statewide shelter programs and provide guidance to regional staff.
• Coordinate with Senior Director of Housing and Community Integration to develop and maintain shelter services and grant management.
• Ensure contract compliance, grant requirements, time and effort, and pre-invoicing processes.
• Lead policy development, workflows, and staff meetings; engage with external partners and stakeholders.
