Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical power engineering, preferably with large electrical machines.
• 5+ years of experience in a high-voltage test facility.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and related standards.

• Develop and implement a vision for the NJC Laboratory aligned with company goals.
• Lead major capital projects and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
