Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an Electrical Test Lab Manager to lead the Marshall Technology Center in the Marshall, TX area or Highland Heights, KY. This onsite leadership role manages a team performing high- and medium-voltage electrical testing to support product development and North American roadmaps.

You will oversee budgets, equipment maintenance, data integrity, and safety, while coordinating R&D and customer interactions. Bachelor’s in EE and hands-on testing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience with electrical testing and high-voltage equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-priority management skills.
• Clear communication with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Marshall Technology Center electrical test lab, including staffing and daily operations.
• Oversee high- and medium-voltage testing to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets, CAPEX proposals, and efficiency improvement targets.
• Maintain/test equipment, lab infrastructure, and data integrity for NA products.
• Engage with customers and researchers to support R&D and qualification activities.
