Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Heme Patient Support Communications team, focusing on order management for Authorized Treatment Centers and patient programs in gene therapy areas. You will guide developers of HCP/patient materials and work with legal/medical/regulatory partners to ensure compliant communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of combined education/work experience in communications, marketing operations, case management, or related field.
• Experience with cell/gene therapy, transplant, or SCD/TDT communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the needs of healthcare providers and patients treated with CASGEVY.
• Develop and execute order management resources and training materials for ATCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create guides, templates, and communications.
• Lead material development and approvals with legal/medical/regulatory partners.
• Manage external agencies for order management and ATC communications.
• Ensure on-time delivery of tactics within budget and support annual brand planning.
