Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks a Senior Manager for Order Management and Transplant Center Communications in the Boston area. You will lead end-to-end order management support for ATCs and guide communications for patients undergoing CASGEVY gene therapy, collaborating with Marketing, Systems, and Manufacturing teams.

You will develop training materials, patient/HCP resources, and portal updates, while ensuring compliant reviews with legal and regulatory partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 6+ years of combined educational/work experience in communications/marketing operations, case management, or related roles.
• Cell or gene therapy, or transplant experience in a clinical or industry setting.
• Familiarity with SCD and/or TDT communities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and compliantly support needs of healthcare providers and patients treated with CASGEVY.
• Develop and finalize order management materials and training for ATCs.
• Create resources including HCP/Patient conversation guides, implementation guides, communications, and email templates.
• Support Vertex Connects Patient Support Program communications.
• Lead manufacturing communication updates with Manufacturing, Quality, and Legal teams.
• Advise on HealthCloud CRM and Vertex Connects Portal development.
• Oversee material review with legal/medical/regulatory and upload to CRM with bi-annual re-approvals.
• Manage external agencies in development and approvals of order management and ATC communications.
