Job summary

Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking a Product Development Analyst to shape Healthcare Navigation products through data-driven insights and close collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

You will analyze user behavior, track product metrics, translate business needs into clear requirements, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help deliver enhancements that improve user experience and client outcomes.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with product management principles and practices.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Familiarity with Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights related to user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
Monitor key product metrics, identify trends, and create presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify areas for improvement in the user experience based on data analysis and client and user feedback.
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Assist Product Managers in translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Support backlog refinement activities by helping define, organize, and prioritize product enhancements and development work.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and support successful feature delivery.
Support feature validation and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
Analyze client, user, and stakeholder feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor adoption and performance metrics for newly released features and provide recommendations for optimization.
Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, dashboards, requirements documentation, and recommendations to be delivered to both technical and non-technical audiences.
