Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking an experienced healthcare analytics professional to define, measure, and advance the value of our Healthcare Navigation solutions.

You will work with claims data and program data to develop benchmarks, ensure rigorous measurement, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders and client teams. This role requires deep healthcare knowledge and strong analytical and consultative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, health economics, statistics, healthcare analytics, public health, finance, data science, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of healthcare analytics or related experience.
• Experience with medical and pharmacy claims data and eligibility datasets.
• Knowledge of healthcare cost drivers, utilization, outcomes and value measurement.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SAS).
• Ability to translate analyses into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses evaluating Navigation’s impact on cost, utilization, quality, and engagement.
• Quantify value delivered via outcomes measurement and benchmarking.
• Analyze clinical and program data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop member-level analyses including eligibility joins and attribution.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, analytics, and commercial teams.
• Support client-facing proof points and benchmark studies.
• Evaluate emerging measurement methodologies and data sources.
• Shape strategic direction of Navigation reporting and measurement.
