Job summary

You will lead messaging, build executive-ready content, deliver product demonstrations, and align sales, account management and product teams to customer objectives while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in national-mid size accounts or client management.
• 7+ years of execution and delivery experience.
• 7+ years of presentation experience to large groups.
• 7+ years creating client-facing content and demos.

Responsibilities

• Develops messaging and narratives bringing the Aetna Tech vision to life.
• Represents Aetna Technology in finalist and strategy meetings.
• Updates stakeholders on capabilities to create opportunities.
• Creates customer-friendly content for presentations and demos.
• Partners with product, engineering, and sales to translate tech into benefits.
• Showcases impact with data and success stories.
• Ensures narrative alignment across DDAT and brands.
• Builds collaborations with leadership to align objectives.
• Engages senior executives with tailored messaging.
• Shares industry data to inform product initiatives.
