CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Strategy to shape the strategy for the Aetna business, focusing on member experience and cross-enterprise product strategy. You will partner across CVS Health and Aetna to identify needs, define differentiated future-state experiences, and translate strategic ideas into actionable initiatives.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on payer landscape and trends
• Experience building and evaluating financial models and executive-level presentations
• Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
• This role may require travel up to 25%

Responsabilidades

• Leads development of strategies to improve and differentiate the Aetna member experience
• Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects with senior leadership
• Leads research and analysis on strategic business issues, including market insights and feasibility analyses
• Facilitates meetings and strategic workshops with preparation and tangible outcomes
• Drives initiatives from strategy to execution in partnership with owners
• Identifies opportunities to connect enterprise capabilities for integrated products
• Develops executive-level recommendations and decision-friendly materials
