Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager Account Management to lead national accounts and specialized segments within Aetna Technology. You will articulate the member and client journey across our portfolio of digital experiences, tools for providers and sponsors, and underlying tech capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of national or mid-size accounts management experience.
• 7+ years of planning, delivering, and supporting projects.
• 7+ years of presentations experience, including in-person demos.
• 7+ years of creating content for sales and executives.
• Ability to work across time zones, including West Coast.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging and narratives for Aetna Tech vision and value.
• Represent Aetna Technology in finalist and strategy meetings.
• Update stakeholders on capabilities to create opportunities.
• Create customer-friendly content: presentations and demos.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate capabilities into benefits.
• Showcase customer impact with data and success stories.
• Align narratives across DDAT to reinforce trust.
• Build collaborations with leadership across sales, care teams, marketing to align objectives.
• Engage senior executives with tailored messaging.
• Share industry data and feedback to drive product initiatives.
• Ensure sales and account management teams have materials and training.
