CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager Account Management within the Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations portfolio to drive national accounts across multiple markets. You will articulate member and client journeys across a broad product portfolio, including digital experiences and platform capabilities, while aligning with enterprise technology strategy.

You will lead senior-level engagements, develop compelling narratives, and ensure adoption and satisfaction goals across Aetna Technology

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience with National – Mid-size Accounts and/or Client Management.
• 7+ years of experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• 7+ years of presentation experience with large groups, in person or digital.
• 7+ years of experience creating content including presentations, demos, and solution overviews.

Responsabilidades

• Develops messaging and narratives that bring the Aetna Tech vision, strategy, and value proposition to life.
• Represents Aetna Technology in finalist meetings and ongoing customer strategy meetings.
• Updates stakeholders on capabilities to create opportunities and enhance the client journey.
• Creates customer-friendly content including presentations, demos, and solution overviews.
• Partners with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate capabilities into compelling stories.
• Shows customer impact through data, success stories, and real-world examples.
