Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment for Support Services across Lowell General Hospital, MelroseWakefield Hospital, and Lawrence Memorial Hospital. The role involves full lifecycle recruitment, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring initiatives.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2 years of TA experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.
• Proficient experience with application training system (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Sources candidates via job ads, direct outreach, job fairs, and traditional recruiting methods.
• Prescreens all applicants before sending to Hiring Managers.
• Ensures candidates meet minimum requirements of the position.
• Uses behavioral-based interviewing techniques to screen candidates.
• Checks references to reinforce hiring decisions.
• Ensures HR practices comply with labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws.
• Extends offers and communicates decisions to candidates with professionalism.
• Collaborates with business units to improve recruitment productivity.
• Maintains timely communication with candidates.
• Fosters diversity and inclusion within a transformed HR function.
• Identifies business issues and suggests solutions to the team.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork across HR divisions.
