Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group is seeking a Manager in Performance Improvement (PI) within the Strategic Advisory Services. You will lead analytics-driven engagements, manage multiple projects, and partner with clients to implement advisory solutions across clinical, financial, and operational areas.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in healthcare, strong communication, and experience with PowerBI, EMR/EHR, and data-focused problem solving.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (hospital admin, strategic planning, PMO, consulting).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
• Operational knowledge in revenue cycle, patient access, HIM, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate value during client engagements.
• Manage time efficiently and work on multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Own project management artifacts (workplans, status reports, risk logs) and drive deliverables.
• Create complex analytical models using PowerBI, SlicerDicer, and CoPilot.
• Develop detailed financial analyses, statistics, visuals, and client-ready presentations.
• Lead client interviews and meetings.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide implementation recommendations.
• Review and validate analyses and client deliverables before submission.
• Mentor resources within projects and across the PI Practice.
• Establish competency across PI solutions (patient access, revenue cycle, ERP modernization).
