• 7+ years of healthcare industry experience across administration, strategy or PMO.
• Operational knowledge across hospital finance, revenue cycle, and clinical informatics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate value.
• Manage time efficiently and handle multiple concurrent projects with priorities.
• Own project artifacts and drive development of key deliverables.
• Create complex analytical models using tools like PowerBI or CoPilot.
• Develop financial analyses, statistical reports, and client-ready visuals.
• Lead client interviews and meetings; present findings to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide implementation recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality, client-ready work products and contribute to knowledge capital.
• Maintain and update work plans, issue logs, and initiative trackers.
• Review analyses and deliverables for accuracy before submission.
