Nordic in Madison, WI seeks a Senior Consultant to join the Performance Improvement (PI) Practice within SAS. You will build analytical models, map workflows, design use cases, and research changes shaping healthcare delivery, collaborating with clinicians, leadership, and technical teams.

You will lead workstreams, develop financial analyses and visuals, mentor juniors, and drive adoption of value-based care initiatives across engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in data sciences, finance, business, healthcare administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate value.
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts (workplans, status reports, risk logs).
• Create complex analytical models to address healthcare problems.
• Develop financial analyses, statistical reports, visualizations, and client-ready presentations.
• Facilitate client interviews and meetings.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide implementation recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality, client-ready work products.
• Contribute to knowledge capital and tool development.
• Review and validate analyses and deliverables before submission.
• Design and implement workflows supporting care management and population health.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with leadership.
