Nordic is seeking a Consultant in its Performance Improvement Practice to support healthcare clients with strategic, financial, and operational analytics. The role involves building models, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and presenting insights to clinical and executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with client teams, developers, and senior leaders to deliver high-quality work and drive measurable improvements in care delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preference for data sciences/finance/business/healthcare administration or related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare industry, preferably revenue cycle related.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate value.
• Create complex analytical models to address healthcare problems.
• Develop detailed financial analyses, statistics, visualizations, and client-ready deliverables.
• Participate in client interviews and meetings.
• Review and validate analyses and client deliverables before submission.
