THE ROLE Performance Improvement (PI) Practice within Nordic's Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) is responsible for helping healthcare organizations address some of their most challenging strategic, clinical, and operational problems for clients across the healthcare ecosystem. Members within our PI project teams wear multiple hats to deliver quality work, including building insightful data analyses, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, designing use cases, and researching the latest changes impacting the healthcare industry. As such, our Consultants are expected to: Think creatively and support the delivery of a wide range of strategic initiatives Have strong communication and collaboration skills as they work closely with client end-users, technical developers, clinical providers, and senior leadership Demonstrate qualitative and quantitative management consulting skills With guidance and mentorship from project and practice leadership, the Consultant role provides individuals with extensive opportunities to gain experience across clinical, financial, patient experience, and technical solutions sought after within the healthcare industry to improve wellness and care for all.
