Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Consultant, Performance Improvement to drive strategic and operational initiatives for healthcare clients. You will craft analyses, map workflows, design use cases, and research industry changes, while collaborating with clients, clinicians, and IT teams.

With mentorship from leadership, you will gain cross-functional exposure across clinical, financial, and technical domains to improve wellness and care across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in healthcare, consulting or hospital admin.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with EMR or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate value.
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts like workplans and risk logs.
• Create complex analytical models to solve healthcare problems.
• Deliver high-quality client-ready work products and present findings.
• Mentor junior resources and contribute to knowledge capital.
