Job summary
BD is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Integration to lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing adoption of connected healthcare solutions. You will partner with health systems, clinicians, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and support of software and SaaS products.
The ideal candidate has strong healthcare IT experience, hands-on integration skills, and a customer-centric mindset to maximize product utilization and outcomes across hospital environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 5+ years supporting healthcare software products, system integrations, or healthcare IT.
- Experience implementing and supporting SaaS applications and enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of BD APM solutions.
- Resolve complex technical issues in coordination with Engineering, PM, Sales, and Marketing.
- Build relationships to increase adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Plan and execute software and firmware upgrades with minimal disruption to workflows.
- Collaborate with hospital IT/EMR teams to integrate with EMR platforms.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
