Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical field is required.
Experience with EMR integrations (Epic/Cerner) in a healthcare SaaS environment is preferred.
4+ years in product or technical product management with EMR integration experience.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and requirements for EMR integration across both products (embedded launch, write-back, data ingestion).
Scope and support integration work for new customer onboarding, including EMR-specific configuration and data mapping.
Own admin/tenant configuration capabilities for customers.
Maintain consistent integration patterns across both products to avoid duplication.
Work with engineering to scope, sequence, and validate integration builds and participate in technical design discussions.
Serve as the product-side technical liaison for customer IT/informatics teams during implementation.
Investigate and prioritize integration-related bugs with engineering and support.
