Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience with healthcare IT background.
• Strong background in healthcare EDI/X12 and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of enterprise healthcare applications and integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and staff.
• Establish development standards, SDLC processes, and technical governance.
• Review designs, code quality, and solution architecture.
• Coordinate priorities and assignments across the team.
