Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consultant to lead clinical operations during infusion product implementations. You will collaborate with hospital clinicians and vendor teams to ensure compliant workflows, develop policies, and support project delivery.

This role requires travel, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of interoperability protocols, particularly HL7.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Degree required.
• 4-6 years of experience in related field.
• Acute care hospital experience; nursing informatics/leadership preferred; pediatric, NICU, oncology desirable.
• Valid driver license; age 21+; travel up to 75–100% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate calls and meetings for BDInfusion product implementations.
• Establish rapport with customers for long-term relationships.
• Provide product information and team support on Infusion products.
• Mentor team members to ensure competency.
• Lead review of site assessments and project design/implementation.
• Provide feedback to improve implementation methodology and tools.
