• 7+ years in project management, strategy execution, or operations within health insurance.
• Knowledge of Medical Benefits.
• Ability to develop executive presentations - PowerPoint required.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of presentation materials for Monthly Operating Review and Monthly Strategy Review; ensures on-time, executive-ready deliverables.
• Manages ad hoc requests from senior leadership, coordinating across functions to gather inputs and produce polished materials.
• Acts as cross-functional project coordinator for Supplemental Health, coordinating with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, partnerships, strategy, and technology teams.
