Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead internal projects for the Supplemental Health business and develop executive-ready materials. You will secure resources, manage budgets, risks, and changes, and drive on-time delivery across cross-functional teams while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management, strategy execution, or business operations role within the health insurance industry.
• Must have knowledge of Medical Benefits.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (preferred).
• Experience supporting a Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy, or senior executive.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of presentation materials for Monthly Operating Review, Monthly Strategy Review, and other leadership forums.
• Coordinates inputs across actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, strategy, and technology teams.
• Manages concurrent workstreams from initiation through completion using formal PM processes.
• Advises Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff on project status, risks, and prioritization.
