Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management for Aetna's Supplemental Health division. The role oversees complex programs from initiation to completion, securing resources and managing budgets, risks, and changes to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff, you will develop leadership materials, respond to executive requests, and coordinate reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management, strategy execution, or business operations role within the health insurance industry.
• Must have knowledge of Medical Benefits.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations with proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills; manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of executive presentation materials for leadership forums and ad hoc requests; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinates inputs across functions to produce polished materials for senior leadership.
• Acts as cross-functional project coordinator for Supplemental Health with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, partnerships, strategy, and technology teams.
• Manages internal and external reporting processes; ensures accuracy and timely delivery across outputs.
• Plans and monitors concurrent workstreams using formal project management processes to track milestones and risks; elevates blockers.
