Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management for Aetna's Supplemental Health organization to lead, plan, and monitor complex internal projects from initiation to completion.

You will secure resources, manage budgets and risks, and produce executive-ready materials while coordinating across actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, and technology teams. PMP certification is preferred, and a proven track record in healthcare project delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management, strategy execution, or business operations role within the health insurance industry.
• Must have knowledge of Medical Benefits and demonstrate exec-level presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to manage multiple workstreams across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of materials for leadership reviews, ensuring executive-ready deliverables.
• Manages concurrent workstreams from initiation through completion with formal PM processes.
• Coordinates reporting across actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, partnerships, strategy, and tech teams.
• Advises leadership on project status, risks, and prioritization; benchmarks quality against best practices.
