The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in PM/strategy execution, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in developing executive-grade presentations using PowerPoint. Undergraduate degree required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management, strategy execution, or business operations role within the health insurance industry.
• Must have knowledge of Medical Benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations and communications.

Responsabilités

• Leads development of presentation materials for leadership reviews and other forums, ensuring accuracy and executive readiness.
• Manages ad hoc requests from senior leadership and coordinates inputs across functions.
• Acts as cross-functional project coordinator for Supplemental Health, collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, strategy, and technology teams.
• Plans, monitors, and manages concurrent workstreams using formal PM processes to track milestones and risks.
• Advises leadership on project status, risks, and prioritization across initiatives.
