Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management within the Supplemental Health business. You will plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, secure resources, and apply formal processes to manage budgets, risks, and changes to ensure on-time delivery and within costs.

You will develop materials for leadership forums, respond to executive requests, and coordinate reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management, strategy execution, or business operations role within the health insurance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations and communications - proficiency in PowerPoint required.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of presentation materials and supporting content for leadership reviews, ensuring on-time, executive-ready deliverables.
• Manages ad hoc requests from senior leadership, coordinating inputs across functions to synthesize findings.
• Serves as cross-functional project coordinator for Supplemental Health, collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, and technology teams.
• Owns internal and external reporting processes for the Supplemental Health organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
