Base: $60K–$70K + bonus

What you’ll do

• Run full-funnel campaigns on a major digital platform (Search, Display, Video, etc.)
• Plan, test, and scale with structure and intention
• Partner with creative, analytics, and business teams
• Document learnings and share insights regularly
• Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and new ideas

What you bring

• 4+ years leading digital campaigns with significant budgets
• Strong skills in Excel and data tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Sharp eye for what works creatively — and why
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration
• A test-and-learn mindset with real curiosity
