About the role
As a Digital Growth Coordinator Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how our brand is discovered and engaged online. This internship blends strategic thinking and technical execution, with a focus on optimizing our digital presence to drive traffic, improve conversion, and align with evolving SEO trends—including innovations in AI and large language models. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to refine the customer journey through data-informed experimentation, A/B testing, and SEO-driven content strategy.

What you'll do
- Research SEO trends (LLM emerging), marketing tools
- Collaborate on website and content optimization based on brand strategy by implementing components that drive traffic and lead conversion
- A/B Testing for outbound communications, website traffic, social media interaction
- Publishing and updating website content and marketing assets per brand strategy
- SEO Content Roadmap Development aligning both brand messaging and search demands for B2B services and products
What we're seeking
Requirements:
- Education: Pursuing Marketing, Business, or related Degree (Master’s Preferred)
- Experience: Previous internship in marketing or communications (B2B exp. preferred)
- Resourceful: You have a startup mindset. We are looking for those that can build with little. Seeks the answers and tools they need when confronted with a problem.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Researches their work and cites the sources. Ability to set and interpret metrics, track ROI, and pivot strategies based on performance insights or market trends. High attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Storytelling: A talent for translating complex consulting concepts into compelling stories that resonate with business owners and startups. Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter Spirit: Comfortable building marketing infrastructure from the ground up and working independently in a results-driven environment. Utilize AI!
- Industry Curiosity: Proactively researches new trends to keep up with the evolving marketing landscape, technology developments, and shifts in consumer behavior.
- Bravery: Willing to challenge the status quo, tackle complex problems with unorthodox methods, and try new things that might cause discomfort.
- Digital tool native: (e.g., Google Workspace, Semrush, Google Analytics)
- A portfolio, blog, or relevant sample of past work (can be academic or personal projects)
