America’s Future Foundation seeks a Community Growth Manager to enhance its grassroots presence. This fully virtual role includes recruiting new student groups and supporting existing chapters. About the Organization:
Students For Liberty (SFL) is the largest pro-liberty student organization in the world with students active in 111 countries on every inhabited continent. With a multi-million dollar budget and 65 full-time staff members, we serve pro-liberty students in their pursuit to become leaders of liberty. We accomplish this through a strategy of identifying the top students and then empowering them to be agents of change in their communities. We are a fully virtual, vibrant, and entrepreneurial organization working with a diverse team in the U.S. and around the world.

About the Role:
Students For Liberty (SFL) is looking for aCommunity Growth Managerto lead the expansion, engagement, and long-term development of ourGroup Network. This role is central to growing SFL’s grassroots presence by recruiting new groups, strengthening our existing campus footprint, and supporting students in building or revitalizing active SFL chapters to develop an ecosystem of pro-liberty student organizations, professors, and aligned campus partners across North America.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong follow-through, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping liberty-minded students find community and purpose.
This position is fully virtual and can be based anywhere in the United States.
