Responsibilities

• Own acquisition strategy and execution roadmap for SoFi Plus growth across channels.
• Size addressable markets and define segment definitions by population, channel, and placement.
• Align messaging to connect members and prospects with SoFi Plus value propositions.
• Own placement and impression performance; provide insights and optimization recommendations.
• Build reporting on reach, coverage, performance, and improvements over time.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and advocate for new placements and tests.
• Track launch timelines and manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness gaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Design, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance.
• Lead executive updates, readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Create operating mechanisms for transparency and accountability across streams.
