Job summary

SoFi is seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join the Strategic Finance team, focusing on SoFi Plus, our membership subscription business. You will lead forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial insights to drive growth and scalability while partnering across marketing, product, risk and operations.

You will build models for lifetime value, payback, and the impact of pricing and benefits, and collaborate with Accounting on revenue recognition.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, investment management, or consulting.
Experience with subscription modeling including cohort analysis, LTV, recurring revenue forecasting, and unit economics.
Experience presenting to key decision makers.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Forecast annual and quarterly SoFi Plus financials with BU leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with SoFi Plus to monitor KPIs like subscriber growth, attrition, retention, LTV, and contribution margin.
Build subscription cohort and unit economics models to evaluate payback periods and pricing impact.
Assist the Plus team to prioritize initiatives by sizing impact on financial metrics.
Provide recommendations on incremental investments after financial/strategic trade-offs.
Collaborate with Accounting on subscription revenue recognition.
Contribute to a positive culture and cross-functional relationships within Finance.
