Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 9+ years’ related compliance, audit, financial management, disaster recovery and/or emergency management experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, or CEM.
• Excellent project and time‑management skills for multiple engagements.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to communicate complex concepts.
• Quantifiable history of business development success.
• Able to travel and work longer hours when needed.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams for government and public sector clients on disaster recovery funding programs.
• Manage large projects for states and local governments and develop client relationships.
• Establish and implement engagement processes and oversee cross‑team collaboration.
• Resolve complex compliance issues with stakeholders and monitor federally funded projects.
• Travel and presence at client sites and in‑office as required.
