Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader for the Forensics Insurance and Federal Claims Services practice to guide engagement teams on disaster recovery programs for government entities. You’ll build relationships, drive compliance, and oversee cross‑functional delivery with a focus on quality and client value.

You’ll manage complex projects, demonstrate strong communication, and travel as needed to client sites, while contributing to business development and practice growth within a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field is required.
• 9+ years’ experience in compliance, audit, financial management or disaster recovery.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, or CEM is preferred.
• Excellent project and time management with multi-engagement prioritization.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Track record of business development and travel readiness.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver’s license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams serving government and public sector clients on disaster recovery funding.
• Manage large state/local government projects and client relationships.
• Establish engagement processes and resolve complex compliance issues.
• Oversee teams monitoring federally funded projects and drive practice development.
• Travel and client-site presence will be required; some in-office work expected.
• Collaborate with other service lines to expand opportunities and impact.
