RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager to be onsite at our Tucson, AZ facility. You will oversee supplier management, drive program outcomes, and collaborate with IPT to align budgets, schedules, and product quality.

The role emphasizes project management, supplier engagement, and MRPl-based planning. Candidates should bring a background in supply chain with MS Office proficiency and a readiness to operate in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a supply chain role: procurement, supplier management, contracts, performance analyst, or program management.
• Proficient in desktop tools: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience with MRP processes and enterprise planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program and partner functions to ensure supplier management.
• Plan, execute, and report material budgets and schedules.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Process information from multiple sources to drive outcomes.
• Own supplier management process including performance metrics and communications.
• Identify material risks and develop mitigation plans.
