Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our Tucson team. You will manage supplier relationships, material planning, and program execution to meet project objectives, collaborating across Sourcing, Logistics, and Production Control.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align schedules via MRP, monitor performance metrics, and drive risk and opportunity plans, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with EVMS standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with EVMS metrics, processes, and tools.
• Experience in managing supplier performance and engagement.
• Experience managing financials and schedules, including EAC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Act as a Cost Account Manager supporting EVMS tasks.
• Plan and execute sourcing decisions, including Make/Buy/Where.
• Identify Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtain T-Attachments/ Modifications.
• Assist in generating SSOWs.
• Oversee SCM activities to meet program requirements across Sourcing, Logistics, and Production Control.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a unified schedule based on MRP.
• Monitor performance metrics and address program issues.
• Develop and execute risk and opportunity plans to meet objectives.
• Drive Purchase Requisition generation and PO placement/management.
• Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure performance.
