Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Manager, SQE to lead a global supplier quality and incoming materials program. You will build and scale a high-performing SQE/IQC team and drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans with external partners.

You will partner with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to enable smooth transitions from design to mass production, while establishing robust audits and dashboards to monitor supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering, Global Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485), GD&T, and advanced metrology tools.
• Proven problem solving: statistical analysis, SPC, and root-cause analysis.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop SQEs and IQC inspectors/technicians.
• Define and scale IQC and SQE operations for NPI and high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Design Eng., Supply Chain, Operations, and Compliance to transition products to mass production.
• Lead supplier qualification audits and APQP activities (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Develop and monitor Supplier Quality Dashboards and conduct QBRs with key vendors.
• Oversee IQC lab, metrology equipment, SOPs to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive MRB, ECOs, and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
