Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, IS, or related field.
• MBA/MS preferred.
• 8–10 years in finance/accounting with reporting/analytics leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics for operating and external consolidations.
• Translate complex data into executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align data definitions and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting for accuracy and timeliness across geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and risks in performance metrics.
• Manage and coach a team of analysts, fostering high performance and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements and analytics transformation with digital/tech teams.
